Utilizing custom algorithms and database programming, Oxidev developed CondoSearch - a powerful search tool that allows users to browse USCONDEX’s extensive property index by price, square area, available views, and more. A Flash Map add on was also programmed to interface with CondoSearch using a simple point and click process to locate properties in specific locations.

Harnessing the power of RSS, USCONDEX generates its own feeds through a custom publishing system developed by Oxidev, which also allows USCONDEX to display articles from leading real estate news sources. Articles are categorized and displayed throughout the site, tailored to specific areas to increase the informational value for the casual and serious user alike.

State-of-the-Art Listing System
The core of USCONDEX lies in its exclusive listing process which allows users to put their properties on the worldwide market. Using a combination of step-by-step data capture and database design Oxidev's application development for this process allowed users to list, re-list, clone and edit their buildings or units.
